The bright 60's shirt and shift are definite keepers. And Great Buys -- the shirt was free, from a friend, and the shift was secondhand for $25.
The pastel tights were a disappointment (in 2013). This is my own artwork, and I used a company that required a printing of 6 pairs. They came out WAY too pastel for me. I managed to resell 4 pairs, and the remaining two I will upcycle into "yarn".
The Mary Jane clogs were a super bad buy (in 2012). I call them torture clogs, they are too small and make my feet numb after about an hour. Why do we do this to ourselves?
A fun way to explore your closet, inspired by music.

The lyrics:
Put on your red dress, baby Ya know we're goin' out tonight Put on your red dress, baby Lord, we're goin' out tonight And-a bring along some boxin' gloves In case some fool might wanna fight Put on your high-heel sneakers, Lordy Wear your wig-hat on your head Put on your hi-heel sneakers, child Wear your wig-hat on your head Ya know you're looking mighty fine, baby I'm pretty sure you're gonna knock 'em dead Put on your red dress, baby Lord, we're goin' out tonight Put on your red dress, baby Well, we're goin' out tonight And bring along some boxin' gloves 'Case some fool might wanna fight Put on your hi-heel sneakers, child Wear your wig-hat on your head now Put on your hi-heel sneakers, baby Wear your wig-hat on your head Ya know you're looking mighty good, really I'm pretty sure you're gonna knock 'em dead
