Photo-a-day Objects become an OOTD

I'm still at the Photo-a-day project and I am one month from the half-way point and still have lots of jewelry to shoot. (It helps that I used to make jewelry. And doesn't hurt that I collected a lot of ethnic stuff in the 80s). I spotted the fish top in one of my heaps and thought the bracelets coordinated nicely. Later I tried on the top to see if it still fit - YES! Added other burgundy-toned items and I was ready for work and ready to join the Visible Monday gals.

Quick Draw: OTIS Fashion Show 2012

I went to the afternoon rehearsal of the OTIS Scholarship Benefit Show at the Beverly Hilton. OTIS Alums were invited to attend, with VIP admission, special reserved tables, and a cocktail party afterwards outside the new Trader Vic's by the pool. I shot 300+ photos of the show (yikes) so that will take a while to sort.
These are sketches that I drew later on of the arrivals to the evening show. I found that a position near the photo booth worked well - people stood still there!

My New Business Cards!

Aren't they fun? I used MOO and am quite pleased with the results. It cost me, but I was able to get a 3-day turnaround - a boon to us procrastinators! Even without the affiliate deal below, I would recommend them. The "50 different designs" option [as discussed here] is just too wonderful!
